Verify your identity
A quick ID check keeps the marketplace trusted on both sides. Your listing goes live once it's approved.

Set your terms
Hourly rate, minimum booking, cleaning fee, deposit and cancellation policy — you decide, and you can block any date.

Host and get paid
Accept requests or turn on Instant Book. Once paid, your payout becomes eligible 24 hours after the event starts and is sent to your verified payout method.

Refundable security deposits
Set a deposit on any listing. It is charged with the booking, kept separate during the claim window, and returned unless a supported damage claim is approved.
Verified guests
Guests can verify their ID too, and every review comes from a completed, paid booking — never anonymous.
Payment before arrival
Guests pay the full amount up front through Stripe. No chasing invoices, no no-shows without compensation.
Your cancellation policy
Flexible, moderate or strict — refunds are calculated automatically and host-side cancellations always refund in full.
You control the calendar
Block dates or hours, set a minimum booking length, and choose between approving requests or Instant Book.
Address stays private
Guests see the neighbourhood only. Your exact address is revealed after the booking is confirmed and paid.
